Was it late? No.
Was it a low dive at his knees? No.
Was there a helmet-to-helmet hit? No.
Did he hit Mahomes in the head / neck or above the shoulders area? No.
Did he unnecessarily "pile drive" Mahomes into the ground? No.

When a pass rusher is rushing at a passer at full speed and is able to put a two hand shove on him right after he releases the ball, it just doesn't feel like it should be a 15 yard auto first down drive extending bail out personal foul, but I guess it is the rules nowadays.
