I mean the question is is it rule to catch the second he has the ball in his hand or does he have to secure it. Because on for all the times they're judging if it's a catch or fumble they have to secure the ball. So if it's when he secures it, he secures it with the ball over the goal line but they're going to mark a short cuz they hate us
