ETA: What if Belichick steps down as HC and stays in the GM role hiring Vrabel as HC??? That would be interesting.

Harbaugh to either LA or Vegas Redskins
Vrabel to Redskins or LA or ATL
Be. johnsn to ATL or LA

Honestly the best job is LA and it's not close
And they should have the pick of the top 3 coaches

Is Vrabel an elite coach? His offenses are kinda terrible and his defense is usually nothing spectacular-
He rode a generational running back to the ground and his career record is

54-45 2-3 in the playoffs

Vrabel is not that good of a HC. His teams have always been kinda meh. They'll win too many games to get a high draft position but not enough to be contenders.

Honestly by his body language on the sidelines he looks like he's ready to call it quits all together. He always seems disengaged and disinterested. Almost like it's a pain in his ass he has to be out there every Sunday.

I kinda was. Seattle needs to rebuild with a new QB. Carroll will be 73 in September, so he doesn't have a lot of years left regardless. It makes sense to get a new HC and new QB at the same time rather than separate.

You have to think Dan Quinn would be one of the first ones they want to interview with. He was there when they had the top defense.

In 2021, the Titans fielded 91 players because of injuries, but they still finished 12-5, won a 2nd straight AFC South division title, and clinched the AFC's No. 1 seed. As a result, Mike Vrabel won the 2021 AP Coach of the Year, but he has not been able to replicate that success in his last two years or more specifically in his last 24 games. After Vrabel started 48-27 through his first 75 games (41-24 from 2018-2021 and 7-3 in 2010), he went 6-18 (0-7 in 2022 and 6-11 in 2023) in his last 24 games. Consequently, the Titans fired Vrabel.

Vrabel could be a victim of a good QB who can't win big games. This team was setup to not make the playoffs this year: traded defensive pieces, Tannehill was done, D-Hop on a 2 year deal, and King Henry likely being done.

Seahawks will hire Dan Quinn. Sad to see Pete's time as coach end but he put the Hawks on the map. Dan was a big part of that Super Bowl run. Excited to have him back home.

I think he wanted out from the moment they traded AJ Brown. His front office totally screwed him.

Chargers: Harbaugh - they have the most important player taken care of. He's already familiar with the organization having played for them. Has coached all over California from San Diego State, Stanford, and the 49ers. I think he enjoys the spotlight and going to LA, even if it's the Chargers, will take care of that.
Dark horse: Frank Smith, with what he's getting out of Tua he's gotta be on the list.

Commanders: MacDonald, with new ownership and the number 2 pick they're looking for a new identity. Baltimore, just up the road, has been so successful that they gotta be thinking about getting their people in the building. MacDonald is young, Monken is old, they'll want the young guy.
Dark horse: Harbaugh, lots of people forget what a franchise this was before Snyder bought them, but Harbaugh remembers. This is where I'd like to see him in all honesty, adds another layer of intrigue to the NFC East as well. The new ownership would also probably agree to almost any terms he wants. I also think he'd enjoy the challenge of that division.

Falcons: Vrabel, Smith was brought in as an offensive guy and didn't even do things right on that side of the ball, it was like he forgot how to coach and win football games. Why not bring in the guy who was the HC that made you think Smith was a good candidate? In that division they don't need a total rebuild, it's very winnable if they can get a QB in the building. Vrabel was HC when they brought in Tannehill and turned him around from his time in Miami. Arthur Blank would probably want to hire him before NE knows what they're doing with Belichick.
Dark horse: Canales, with what he's been able to do with Mayfield and win the division I could totally see him going there. They have the no 8 pick so they either need to move up, trade, or bring in a free agent at QB but Canales might not need the best guy available to get good results.

Panthers: Bieniemy, this toughest job to figure out, it's either going to be a guy who doesn't think he'll get another chance or it's a guy who's too young and inexperienced to say no. Bieniemy has been passed over by so many teams he'll take anything to have a chance at a HC job. They need to do something on the offensive side to help Bryce Young and he had Sam Howell getting crazy yards this season, regardless of record. The team and candidate are both desperate enough to be a match.
Dark horse: Monken, he's 57 years old and really helped Jackson get back to form. He's not a young guy, and going young is the trend all over the NFL. Tepper needs to get a return on the investment in Bryce Young, why not the OC of the QB who's about to get his second MVP award and who just signed his second NFL contract?

Raiders: Pierce, I just feel like Davis is going to keep him and not over complicate this.

Seahawks: Quinn, just makes the most sense to me and Seattle is a place he'd go back to. He probably could have had a HC last offseason but gave it another year in Dallas. This offseason is when he makes it back to the HC ranks. He's not going to stick another year in Dallas to see if McCarthy gets fired.
Dark horse: Flores, also has HC experience and had the Minnesota defense playing well and innovative. Owned by Paul Allen's sister, who won't care about the prior lawsuit against the NFL.

Titans: Johnson, with a young QB in Levis I feel like they'll go offensive HC. They're in a division with CJ Stroud, Trevor Lawrence, and Anthony Richardson.
Dark horse: Slowik, just to spite Houston.

If Belichick ends up being ousted by the Patriots, wouldn't Vrabel be the logical replacement?

Have to think that Quinn will end up in Seattle.

This may be Bienemy's chance in either Atlanta or Carolina. Possibly even Tennessee.

Harbaugh to the Commanders? Hmmm, would he want to be 30 miles away from his brother? And if the Ravens end up winning the Super Bowl, we could have the brothers 30 miles away from each other after they won a CFB National Title & a Super Bowl. Think of all the potential storylines there.

I could see Bieniemy jumping to take that panthers job even though that team is dead for at least 2 more years.

Depends on the direction management wants to go, do they want to step away from the Belichick model? If so, Vrabel would be a pretty horrible choice to accomplish that.
