agree. I think the red zone thing will even out over the year. Someone on Twitter said the red zone offense is actually better this year than last year, at this point. Not sure if that's true but I think it will work itself out.jr15aggie said:

Our offense has gone up and down the field all season long. Got things to work on, but they look pretty dang good.

Yeah, I'm not sure what the % are, but we never moved the ball this consistently under Moore.
We may have put up big yards and points at times, but there was a crap ton of 3 and outs too. We also failed to capitalize on turnover of favorable field position too often.

Great run, but I saw that fumble coming. 84 with a huge heads up play.
Now THAT is how you run against the defense's pursuit vs the slow developing reverse from the 1980s that we ran yesterday. Use motion with a quick handoff to get him to the edge immediately vs risking losing 10 yards to maybe gain two
1st and goal from the 4. Come on O.

Feels like we need to spread the defense out (empty backfield) and do some QB draw plays when we get inside the 10. Gotta put more stuff on film for defenses to think about.
The 4 games have been bonkers and so out of the norm for a parity league
Great bouceback win after laying a stinker last week. Offense moved the ball up and down the field, scored 23 points. I'd like to see them figure out how to convert some of the fgs to tds, but with this defense they will be in every game.

I don't like using the fake kick in this game. That's a great play. I wish we would have saved it for better situation. Getting 2 points instead of 1 seems like a waste.

The fake kick is a check that we put in differently each week depending on tendencies of the other team. Go watch Pat Mcafee talk about Troy Polamalu to see how the NFL schemes fakes.
Faking that PAT will keep other teams honest going forward and reduce the chances of a blocked kick.
