Yes on the wavier wire. That is why it exists.

Now the complaint that players get put back to questionable from out on wednesday morning which locks up lineups is another issue. I think players status for sunday should be updated wednesday late afternoon.

I see you point...but if a player has never been on a team they are not "waived" by anyone...so they should not have to go through waivers to get picked up.

the yahoo league I'm in works like this.

ESPN makes everyone go through waivers.

I think the yahoo way is better.

welcome to fantasy football gramps, that's literally the way it's always worked- if players were just a mass free for all to add/drop during live games it would chaotically ruin both real and fantasy football

if it makes you feel any better you would've had no chance at trying to beat everyone else to pick up Achane after reading about his performance on TexAgs the next day anyways

Been playing FF for many years and it does not always work that way, it's based on the league settings so GFY toddler.

Since I am currently in first place by shear dumb luck, I am last on the waiver wire and don't get anyone worth squat each week. 3 of my top 4 draft picks are injured or out for the year so it's a miracle I'm 3-0.


I just will stick to yahoo next year. If you like waiver style better, have at it.

And what if someone else was faster than you on adding players so you would still be in a bad spot?

Your problem is a crummy wavier wire mechanic (should be based on wavier wire activity not record reverse order).
