12 team PPR draft. QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1 Flex, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF
With the 8th pick i settled on the strategy going in to go RB 1,2 maybe 3 then add midround WRs, then QB, then more bench homeruns (or duds).
Rounds 1-3: RB Bijan, RB Henry, RB Joe Mixon (really only wanted Ridley over Mixon here but he was taken early round 3)
Rounds 4-7: WR Hopkins, WR Pittman (wanted Mike Williams in round 5), WR Mike Evans (I'm hoping Baker prayers will fly his way), WR Marquise Brown. Happy with getting 4 guys who are likely WR 1s on their team hoping for WR2-WR3 for 3 of the 4.
Round 8: QB Anthony Richardson. May have been a reach but after my RB & WR haul, and there being no point in taking a TE, felt like he added the most value. (Took ahead of Dak, Tua, Watson, & Daniel Jones).
Post QB Rounds (in order): RB Zack Charbonnet (9, Herbert, B.Robinson & Z. Flowers were all gone), WR R. Bateman (10), RB J Warren (11), TE Cole Kmet (12, very happy with this get in round 12)
Final 4 rounds: RB D. Foreman, RB Deon Jackson (likely cut for a Kicker), RB T. Spears (Henry handcuff), and Broncos Def (vs LV, vs WAS)
Keys to success: R. Anthony being a top 7 QB because of his legs. Old guys have 1 more really good year in them (Hopkins & Evans). One of the RBs on my bench end up with a bigger role halfway through the season. With a Kyler return at QB, M. Brown will be the top 10 WR he was last season (before Hopkins and injury set him back).
QB: A. Richardson
RB: Bijan, Henry, Mixon... Charbonnet, J. Warren, D. Foreman, Deon Jackson, T Spears
WRS: Hopkins, Pittman, Evans, M. Brown, R. Bateman
TE: Cole Kmet
DEF: Denver (Stream weeks 1 & 2)
K: I'll drop a RB if no one picks up injury status before the first week of games.
