Theres plenty to criticize Dak of. Mental toughness is not one of those thingsWoods Ag said:

I'm definitely making calls to Chicago and Washington to see what it would take.
I'm also going after Harbaugh. If anyone can download mental toughness into Dak it's Harbaugh.
What Tua did last night was a lack of mental toughness. The Eagles just giving up when things get tough is a lack of mental toughness. Dak tries to play hero ball when things get tough, which obviously isn't good, but it's not a lack of mental toughnessWoods Ag said:
What do you want to call it?
Ability to perform when your team needs and it matters the most.

Look past your Dak hate for 2 seconds to see that the entire team disappeared in the first half. We get it, Dak played poorly. Romo was the same way. The team doesn't need new players, it needs new coaching that will change the soft, weak culture that McCarthy and Garrett instilled in the team.Woods Ag said:

Wins. Real wins…
Dak may be Karl Malone or James Harden. Great in the regular season but we can't find him in the playoffs
I'd agree with the defense last year, but this years defense just disappeared in the second half of the seasonHubert J. Farnsworth said:FightinFarrier18 said:Youre right. Dez, TO and Witten were bumsHubert J. Farnsworth said:

I would argue that Dak has had better overall teams than Romo ever had. Especially on defense.

I really think we need to consider trading Parsons and load up on draft picks. Love the guy but three years in a row his production declined late in the year and was nonexistent in the playoffs.

Look at the QB market now. If you want a proven QB, you HAVE to pay that much. Every team has to deal with it (hence why the chiefs have no WRs to throw to). Now tell me which QB you think is attainable, cheaper, and moves the needle from DakWoods Ag said:

Are you ready to give Dak 50-70m a year over the course of his next contract? Look at the salary cap and realize what that means.
I've watched almost all of Dak's games. I attended his very first game. I love this team only second to the Aggies.
Did you watch KC this year? They won 11 games with no wide receivers, awful tackles, and a quickly aging TE. That team was carried by a great offensive play caller and phenom QB. Do you think Dak is ready to be that guy? Because paying him that contract means that what you got.
They have Patrick Mahomes, Chris Jones, Travis Kelce, and 3 interior offensive linemen that make money. The rest are drafted guys on new deals. Can Dak win with that? He can't even do it with what we have now... We will lose talent to pay him the next contract.

Not a chance in hell I'd pay Dak with Mahomes money. No ****ing way. Let him try to get it somewhere else. Elite regular season QB. Dog **** playoff QB.
NFL teams don't allow QBs of Dak's caliber to walk. It just doesnt happen. It's just a gigantic waste of time to talk about it. The level of hopelessness that comes with returning to QB hell just isn't something any owner/GM will willingly entertain without massive compensation.Wabs said:

#1 in the draft to draft who? There's not a QB in this draft worth that. If you want to talk about next year when Weigman, Ewers, etc. go into the draft then that's a conversation I'd be willing to have. There's no one in this years draft worth gambling that much forWoods Ag said:
LOSERS have to pay that much… and they do.
Because losers are paying that doesn't mean we HAVE to. Start making calls and find out what it takes to be 1 or 2 in the draft.
100% this. You don't all the sudden become a clutch QB overnight. There is absolutely no reason to pay him at this point for performances like this afternoon.Hubert J. Farnsworth said:Wabs said:

This. He's been the QB for 8 years and hasn't delivered in the playoffs.
I'm not sure its parity anymore than its Dallas doing what Dallas does in the playoffs. 1st time a #7 has ever beaten a #2Pignorant said:
I am amazed at the parity the NFL has created. A 7 seed absolutely blew out a 2 seed.
Hard cap leagues create such an even playing field.

Bet he doesn't have those sentiments in the contract negotiations. He's definitely not taking a team friendly deal
No agent worth a damn is going to negotiate a team friendly deal. Deshaun Watson reset the QB market and it's only going to get worsewangus12 said:
