The problem is this.. Dak didn't answer the bell when GB punched our defense in the mouth.
They scored 7 and we didn't and he didn't answer. They scored 14 and he didn't answer. They scored 21 and he didn't answer.
Game is over at that point. I forget the game earlier this season but it was similar where their offense was scoring.. the difference was that Dak would answer. When your QB goes out that and shows leadership and battles then the defense ALWAYS rises to the occasion and starts making stops/plays. Your QB HAS to be a dude that can stand in the fire and retaliate. It's simple but it has a real impact on the team and they do respond.

Are you serious? If Dak doesn't throw a pick six and they actually put some points up in the first half, it would have been a ball game. He was terrible when they still had a chance of winning.

I'm a big Dak believer, or at least was, but 100% it's on him. He was absolutely terrible in the 1st half and there was no coming back.
The only coach that moves the needle for me would be Harbaugh. Anyone else and you're talking about very low odds of being better than MM. And Belicheck is just too old.
