I was actually going to bring that up sometime this week. Micah is obviously our best pass rusher, but we've got plenty of other guys that can get after the QB.

If Micah is capable of being a stand up LB and being the best on the team, we really need to see more of that in the playoffs.

Obviously he'll still get his chances to rush the passer, but we really need a presence in the middle of our defense.... if Micah can do it at an elite level then we need him there and Armstrong/Fowler/Williams can fill in on off the edge.

Where did you see this? The Google machine only gives me predictions. I think the games get announced at halftime.

Anybody known if you can usually get single seats easy/cheap? I'm considering making a day trip to the game if I can find something reasonable. I have no problem rolling solo.

From a 49ers fan, congratulations to the Cowboys for throttling the Washington Commanders 38-10 on the road to finish 12-5, win the NFC East, and get the No. 2 seed. I know the NFC Championship Game is 3 weeks away, but I think that game will feature a playoff rematch between the Cowboys and 49ers. If that happens, the Cowboys and 49ers will meet in the playoffs for the 3rd straight year and at Levi's Stadium for the 2nd straight year.

I agree. We seem to be on the wrong side of playoff seeding a lot. But not this year! Our path to the NFC Championship will be GB and then either Detroit/Philly/ Tampa.

By far the easiest road we've had since 2007... which we unfortunately know how that turned out. Damn Giants catching lightening in a bottle!

And the great thing about a Rams win... it would be a divisional playoff game against SF in 2 weeks. That would be the worst possible scenario for SF... you never want to play against a divisional opponent if they have a QB that can beat you on any given Sunday.

Yes, we are aware. The post was about the easiest road... we were the #1 seed that year and we drew Aaron Rogers as our prize. That was an unfortunate opponent for that team.
