This team was built to have an explosive offense with a defense that dominates against the spread. That's a pretty good combo on paper. The offense should keep you in every game, and the defense will absolutely close the door on an opponent trying a come back.

Agreed. But the good news is, we still have the "premium" positions covered with pro bowlers. QB, WR, CB, Pass Rushers.
We need to make sure our oline is solid, we need to significantly improve at LB, and ideally we'd get at least a little better at DT.

They weren't close to the same team when we played them as they were at the end of the year. It was 2-3 games later that Williams stepped in and the offense took off.
Our best 2 wins all year were Seattle and the Lions. Seattle fired their coach bc they weren't that good and the Lions probably should have won that game.
We had a cupcake schedule. Our other great win was against the Eagles in full meltdown mode. Who were the good teams that we beat?

Talented teams sometimes just need a different voice in the room. I'm not complety out on DQ, but I think we all feel like there needs to be more shake up on this team. I'd be optimistic if Wash hires DQ away.

Lol... that's true for later in the game. But early on we got them in 3rd and long several times and Love made perfect throw after perfect throw to guys in tight coverage.
