He goes out of his way to make sure a reporter who was clearly being over shouted an aggressive press room got to ask his question.
It's a small thing, but those small things show character.
*Edit: upon further review, it sounds like that reporter may have been Downs or otherwise special needs, and Stroud answered, "That's a great question." Solid move. He's the king of the world in this moment and he goes out of his way for that guy.
