They'll switch up the combos. The red jersey with white pants should be the main one, and they always wear an all-white one, usually earlier in the season.Cynic said:

That alternate Columbia blue Texans logo is what should have ended up on the alternate helmets instead of the H.
Maybe they tried and you-know-who blocked it.
They might be underwhelming but it could still be worse. That red helmet with the horns coming out of the chin was the worst of the bunch but it appears to be a fake.

I'm sure I'm in the minority here, but the Texans have no affiliation or connection whatsoever to the Oilers. It's a completely different franchise. I don't get trying to concoct some connection that's not there. Don't like having a Texan logo that looks basically like a repurposed Oiler/Titan logo. Chart your own course.
The history is Houston football and not the franchise that left town. Houston football was the Oilers for 36 years. The franchise technicality doesn't matter to me. We all still have the memorabilia. My dad still has his set of 4 oiler high ball glasses proudly displayed in his bar.JCA1 said:

I understand why people feel this way and that I'm in the minority. But if it's Houston football legacy we're after, why does it look like a current Titan helmet rather than a vintage Oiler helmet? I could at least understand that. Instead, that H helmet looks like a total ripoff of the current Titans helmet. Virtually the exact same color scheme.

Looks like we went with the horn on the red helmet, honestly a big fan of them all. A good mix of modern and traditional. I love the horns on the shoulders of some of the uniforms. Should be a great year!

I have no complaints with any of them.
I like the H-Town logo, but I'm not sure on the light/dark blue jersey. Looks a bit like the Titans

I like the normal home/away jerseys. I probably would have put the player name on the back of the home jersey in white for consistency's sake…but other than that they're solid. Nothing earth shattering, but definitely a fresher look.
I'm still on the fence on the two special jerseys. They're going to have to grow on me. Overall, solid refresh. Not blown away, but also not disappointed. Can't wait to see them on the field.

I got on a Zoom call with a new client today and it was former Texan DB Jason Allen! He had a bunch of INTs in the 2010 season.

I love the logo with the H-Town blue accent color. Will be buying hats and a polo once those are made available.
The H will be fun - once or twice a year, so I'll stomach it.

All in all, the home jerseys were a down grade. Not sure what it is but they just don't look as evolved as the rest, and I don't like the logo on the sleves.

I think these are as decent and good an update for a non-traditional team that we could have hoped for
my only "complaint" is the presence/absence of the stripe on the sleeves for the home/away. Make it consistent for both either way.

I'm not personally a fan of the H logo and would rather have used the alternative bull logo. But I think the rest is pretty good for what they are trying to do and market to.
