DeMeco Ryans is my favorite head coach of any team I've ever supported in life.

We are more likely to make it to multiple before they will.
For us old folks Rudy T is at or near the top of the list but Meco is starting to creep up there.

As an elder millennial, Rudy T will always be number one for me. Number 2 would be Billy Clyde Gillespie before it all hit the fan. DeMeco is exciting though for sure.

And the Heart of a Champion speech that still echoes 30+ years later. What those 94-95 Rockets' teams did is like a fairy tale. Hard to believe it happened in this cursed city.
Bum Phillips is probably the #1 football coach for the city, but he was fired when I was 6 years old, and considering I'm about to be 50 I can acknowledge that most peoplpe probably didn't see him actually on the sidelines too much.

Don't care what people say about 2017 but it's Hinch for me. He brought the first title to the team that I first started to route for when I was a kid in the 80's. Rudy T is my second favorite. I love what Meco is doing and this is the most excited I've been since 2011 but I'm holding out for a bigger body of work. If we're adding the Ag's to the mix I'd go RC as my 3rd.

Vernon Perry - the single greatest defensive performance in NFL playoff history. 4 interceptions of Dan Fouts and a blocked field goal. I use to have a tape of the game I bought off eBay. They showed the San Diego Chicken 400 times during the broadcast. And a couple of times you can see Pastorini smoking n the sideline.
