Both are repped by CAA but it's not being reported elsewhere

Yeah, still rumors everywhere else...but rumors aside....HOW? They just signed Hurts to a massive contract, they didn't have any space to begin with before they resigned Hurts and then they're bringing one of the top paid RBs in via trade?

Edit: Looking it up, the Eagles currently have $800K in cap room, before draft picks, which is going to need 8-10 million. So, they are going have to dump people if this trade is real, cause I don't know how you're going to be able to restructure that many contracts

Over the next 4 seasons Hurts cap hit is only around 18M per

Why? You can draft the sip kid instead of a back end of the career RB

Hmmm….a fresh although unproven draft pick verses a top 3 All Pro running back who has put up great numbers while being targeted by every defense he plays against.

Hurts will never get touched with Henry in the backfield.

And you think that's going to be any different with Bijan back there? He's a complete RB and that position is nearly a seamless transition to the NFL.

And 8 years younger

Why would the Titans give up their best player 2 years in a row to the Eagles?

So, who would you take, Bijan or Henry?

Bijan because he comes a lot cheaper.

Absolutely Bijan. You have 5 years of control on a rookie contract. That typically is the lifespan of a good NFL RB. As good as Henry is he wont last another 5 years and is going to cost a whole lot more under that contract.

Just to clarify, the source is the #2 announcer from American Ninja Warrior?

I think BR is the better play based on everything mentioned, however if you could get Henry AND use the #10 pick on an olinemen, then it becomes a difficult choice.

Yep Bijan

Henry is on the back side of his career and the Titans put a ton of mileage on him

But I hope the Eagles trade for him and draft a punter

Is this trade real?

I've seen or heard nothing bout it anywhere but this thread.

Probably not. it was a rumor on Twitter posted by a former player and current announcer who is also repped by the same agency that reps Henry. It got a lot of steam over the weekend but that was the only "source". None of the other majors reported anything, so it could have been a dude talking out his ass, or could have been something he heard from his agent. but it definitely grew legs over the weekend. now that the Titans GM has thrown cold water on the deal today, sounds like it was a bunch of crap.

Doubt they do this

Would be dumb

RBs are the last position you should spend big money on

Absolutely no way this is real. As a Cowboys fan I'd hope it is but Howie is a lot smarter than that.
