I am glad that the judge has ordered release of hotel security video. My guess is that the lawsuit gets dropped before it ever is released.

Misworded. I believe the evidence will show that the accusations are false.

Marriott is stalling. Have yet to release any of the footage or the incident documentation despite the judge's decision.

looks like irvin's attorneys got in a rush to file the case and made a couple of small mistakes (they can easily be fixed) and now marriott moved the case to federal court.

the petition says "marriott and jane doe" in the style, but no mention of jane doe in the parties or anywhere else. if they amend to add jane doe, a resident of Texas, they will be back in state court.

just a delay tactic really.

I'm sure it's fake cause Irvin is such a stand up guy…
