Best possible outcome for me tonight. In 0.5 PPR, 20.7 for Fournette, 0.9 for DHop (sorry for those on the board that needed a big game for DHop).

40.54 point lead with my scoring complete vs Williams/Dicker tomorrow night. Should be on to the finals, but Williams has big game upside, and a high scoring game would help the kicker. And I know better than to celebrate until the final whistle on Monday night.

To be honest, I really shouldn't be too upset about it. I had a poor fantasy season overall. Missed the playoffs in my other league and finished 6th out of 8 in this league and 6 teams made the playoffs. The #1 seed team has the better roster and honestly deserves to win. If I pull this one out, it will be because I got lucky.

If this were a serious league, then yes, I would agree that 6 teams making the playoffs in an 8 team league is dumb. But it's a casual, low stakes family and friends league. I'm not the commissioner so it's not my call. And in this setup, the 1 and 2 seeds get byes to the semi-finals, so the two best teams in the league only have to win one game to get to the finals.

I was up 40 going into the Rams and Broncos game. I was still ahead by 3 until the Rams got a pick 6 at the end of the game. Lost by 2.

Welp, my absolutely loaded undefeated team in my 8-team league survived season-ending losses to Breece Hall, Cooper Kupp, Dameon Pierce and was still going strong, although not quite as strong since Kupp... in the end for week 16 semi-finals, I was also without Deebo and Lockett.. but was still able to start ARSB and DHop at WR, Saquon and Jacobs at RB and Dobbins at Flex... Had stacked DAL, PHI, and SF on D for the playoff push. Had usual reliable cheat-code Kelce at TE and still had Ken Walker on the bench. ...absolute duds from DHop (1.4), Jacobs (6.0), Dobbins (5.9), and 3 picks by Tua (13.4) and this team finally lost a game. Opponent didn't even have anyone go off. He got a dud from Evans to cancel my Dobbins dud at flex.. Just beat me by 4 points. If only McSorely had connected on 3 or 4 of the 10 targets to Dhop instead of just 1 of 10, I'd be in the 'ship. I guess that's how fantasy go. No money for me.

I'm up 10 with Ekeler vs Mike Williams tonight. I'm feeling cautiously optimistic.
