With the eagles schedule, I don't think the cowboys can win the east, but with the defense, Zeke coming on again, and Dak coming back, they have a chance to be a damn good and dangerous wild card team come playoff time.

I think the eagles finish with 5-6 losses

Yeah, it's going to be interesting to see how their season plays out. Their schedule is ridiculously easy, but I saw a stat that Hurts has taken more hits than any player in the league at any position. I don't think he lasts an entire season and if he does, he's going to be really beat up by the end of the year.

They are something like +15 on TOs. That won't continue forever.

We had 50+ yards on them, 70+ yard penalties, and 3+ TOs. They're pretty one-dimensional and will start losing.

I thought the opposite: Eagles are the best team in pro football right now. Two thirds of the season left, a lot could happen, but they are really solid.

With Dak back, we should be much better.

What so solid about tonight at home against a team lead by a backup qb? They are nowhere near the best team in the NFC at season end. Right now, maybe. They'll get booted real quick in the playoffs if they plan on running rpo (or whatever it is with hurts). We shut that down easily in the second half. He can't throw the ball. Heck, the Giants might be better than them now. We're probably better with Dak and there's 2-3 teams in the NFC that will probably beat us come playoff time.

I feel pretty confident about the second game against them. the offense lost this game with turnovers and complete lack luster start. The defense eventually figured things out and the offense got going but continued to make mistakes and did not give themselves a chance to continue the comeback.

I just don't see the Eagles as a legit title contender. The beatings are gonna catchup up with Hurts over 17 games, and they are just not explosive. If Dallas just gets a pedestrian game from Rush, they win this game. The schedule will prop them up, but I think they'll be an early out

Eagles run a gimmick offense that has taken DC 2 quarters to figure out
They have been up 20 to 0 in 5 of their 6 games
Then all the teams come back
Great for the regular season but the zone read ain't gonna win over 17 games and the playofss

If Eagles had a CMC type back they might have a shot but Sanders is just an average back that typically can't stay healthy for a full season.

And CMC is worse health wise

Don't matter you ain't going thru a gauntlet with that offense
