Yeah, me too. I started Goff in both leagues. I knew he wouldn't put up numbers like last week, but I didn't expect a shutout. In one league it will come down to Monday night, in the other I have no chance.

#1 pick (8 overall) Dalvin has only had one good game in week 5.
#2 pick (13 overall) Najee is huge bust and relegated to a bench player but I will have to start him now that Swift and Montgomery are returning at DET and CHI and Damien is hurt.
#3 pick Deebo has only had one good game in week 4.
#4 pick DJ Moore is useless with Baker Heisman throwing the ball. dropped his ass two weeks ago.

Just lost Olave, Freiermuth, Damien H. to injury this week, Bateman was out this week too.

RBs to target for trades: Swift/Hall/Stevenson/Ken Walker for Najee + WR2 (maybe less for Stevenson and Walker).
On the lower end: Gordon/Etienne/Pollard for a WR2 (Olave, Drake, Bateman, Juju). This is probably your better bet and more likely to find a team with 3-4 RBs and not playing a Gordon/Etienne/Pollard regularly but are thinner at WR.

Wavier Wire: Throw all your FAAB at Ken Walker.

Maybe time for Hail Mary TE play of Taysom Hill. Friermuth is going to play on a bad offense. Plus a concussion history means he is a risk.

Matt Rhule gone. Will be interesting to see how this affects CMC's and DJ Moore's roles going forward. Also will be interesting to see if Mayfield keeps his job once Darnold is healthy.

well i dropped DJ Moore.. not sure if I should try to get him back.. WRs aren't my problem. RBs, WRs, TEs, and QBs are my problem.

yeah, Ken Walker is already owned. I don't know if i can find anyone that would want Najee for more than a kicker at this point.

The "wait for a QB" draft strategy has busted this year and is likely dead for next season. Right now in my opinion there are 7 QBs you can feel comfortable playing every week: Allen, Jackson, Hurts, Mahomes, Murray, Burrow, Herbert. Sure, these guys will have off weeks from time to time, but if you have one you are going to start him every week.

If you don't have one of those guys (me in both my leagues), it's probably best to have two QBs on the roster and stream matchups as necessary. I have Goff/Cousins in one league and Goff/Geno Smith in the other.

yeah; once someone drafted josh allen and lamar jackson really early, i decided to F it and wait until the end for a QB... was hopeful that Russ Wilson's change in scenery and coaching changes in DEN was going to be adequate for ROS... already dropped Russ' washed up ass after week 2 or 3... only to grab Tua.. ooops... only to roll with Lawrence vs HOU this week.. oooopss...

Bad games for Jackson, but still at least startable. Lamar is currently QB14 this week (depends on your scoring system, also may drop a spot or two depending on Mahomes/Carr tonight). I started Goff this week and he finished QB26 (a week after finishing QB1 and of course he was on my bench last week).

That's the key with those elite QBs. Even in their bad weeks they are middle of the pack QBs, while when everyone else (Stafford, Rogers, Wilson, Lawrence, Brady, etc.) has bad weeks they are finishing in the bottom quarter of QBs for the week.

Hurts had a good game. Burrow was solid. He is 19-24 points a week. Not special but not losing you the week.

I do think Brady isn't the same guy. Sure he had 350 yards but 100 of that were RB dink passes. His yards was the product of opportunities.

Rodgers doesn't have a WR1 and arguably doesn't have WR2 either.

Wilson is apparently hurt. Tua injured. Stafford old + terrible line + eh running game.

Carr/Cousins have the weapons but aren't prime time guys. Goff kind of has the weapons but they are banged up. Week 7 with a healthy Amon, healthy Swift, and possibly healthy Jameson could bump him into Carr/Cousins level stream.
