Sounds familiar. Went 135+ in two leagues and will lose both of them by over 30. Now a combined 3-9 in my 3 leagues

Right now I have David Njoku and Tyler Higbee on the roster. Should I feel confident enough in Njoku to run with him ROS? Debating cutting Higbee to snag Matt Gay since he is a top-notch kicker. Worth doing or nah?

yeah; i'd feel good about Njoku for ROS. you'd have to navigate his bye week, but shouldn't be a problem; it's not like you'll still be missing Higbee in week 9. ...but don't you already have a K you can drop for Gay?

I have Succop, but our league won't let you cut guys who have already played, unfortunately.

Not sure if Succop to Gay is enough of a boost to make that move or not.

I'm not real sure what to tell you about your TE situation, coin toss on what to do there, but I'm not making any decisions based on kickers. JMO.

ah so by dropping Higbee today, you can add Gay as a FA and not waste waiver or chance missing on him in FA on Wednesday. I think I'd do it. You can then drop Soccup for someone on waivers or FA this week.
