Allen has had such a strange career. Two pretty mediocre seasons as a part time starter at A&M. Transfers to Houston. Gets benched there. Undrafted. Now in his fourth season in the NFL.

Why did they replay 3rd down after the Collins "punch?" The pass resulted in a first down. The penalty was after the play. Shouldn't it have been a dead ball foul, then marked back 15 yards for a first and 25?
