Thinking about picking up Hardman while Tyreek is out. Do I drop:

Pollard (I have Zeke, so he's my handcuff)
Terry McLaurin (just picked him up since he had a nice game)
Mattison
Kirk Cousins (starter is Wentz)

Or do I just pass on Hardman

RBs are Zeke, Chubb, Cohen, Pollard, Mattison
WR are Jeffrey, Godwin, Fuller, McLaurin, Valdes-Scantling

12 team half ppr for what it's worth.

No reason to have Cousins on your roster. Wentz's bye week is 10 and if he gets hurt, you can always pick up Cousins/someone better when the time comes.

McLaurin is a nice guy to have. Definitely hold. He's going to get a lot of snaps.
