Overall impressions:
Watt won most reps he took
DLine in general did very little practicing. Just stood around a lot.
Kevin Johnson played well.
Hop was dominant

All the photos I've seen of training camp make the Greenbriar look magnificent. Really a no brainier to have camp there instead of sweating in Houston.

Also I was actually making a very juvenile upside down/ China joke.

Weird. It's displaying right side up on mobile.

The Greenbrier has some really nice facilities and it's in a beautiful area, but no way in hell would I pay $400-500 for a room here. The hotel has not left the 60s

Sunday practice notes:
-Watson looked good (huge disparity between him and the other QBs). Weeden is getting reps with 2s. Webb with threes and is also a gunner on special teams. Morris doesn't look like he will make the team.
-Some interesting wrinkles to the running game. Zone read and also some triple options! But in general, RB is far from a strength.
-Hop is killing it. Bruce Ellington had a good day.
-Watt was Watt. Clowney only did a few reps and then was done for the day.
-Honey Badger played SS and covered the slot. He looks great and looks to be an emotional leader.
-For the second day, Kevin Johnson was the best CB on the team. He looks to be rebounding nicely from last season.

Is Anderson really 4th or 5th on the depth chart at TE? It seemed like he was making huge strides last year and has the frame to be a weapon in a flex-type position.

Is Coates going to be a productive member of the WR corp?

Is the o-line going to be ranked above 16th in the league?

DB has to be the weak spot for the defense and I expect them to be better with a healthy front 7.
