I'm in the finals. My opponent has the Roethlisberger/Antonio Brown combo. They could go nuts.

That sucks. Guy I'm up against has Cam and Antonio. And OBJ but he's out this week, unfortunately, it's a 2 week championship so he will have him back next week. I'm just hoping to have a big enough lead and maybe they will sit Cam in one of the next 2. He has nothing after him at QB so he will have to go to waivers, and I went ahead and picked up cousins so he won't have another great choice.

Cousins doesn't have a good matchup in week 17 which I think is what you're going for. Seems like a waste. Let him play cousins week 17. Cousins hasn't thrown more than 1 TD in any road game all year long. Also he only has more than 1 TD in 3 games all year. All 3 of those games were dream matchups. I wouldn't be worried about him.

Made it in a 12 team big money league ... My injuries this year include jordy Nelson, Romo, Edelman, Marshawn Lynch and Yeldon.
Have a team full of WW pickups and have been beyond lucky to win the last week of regular season to get into playoffs and 2 playoff games. Now guy I'm playing in finals has Drew Brees. Unbelievable

My lineup for finals (subs)
QB- Bortles ( Fitzpatrick)
RB- Denard Robinson, Bilal Powell ( Isaiah Crowell, Marshawn Lynch, TJ Yeldon)
WR- Amari Cooper, Amendola/ or Willie Snead (Edelman)
TE- Jordan Reed
D- Texans
K- tucker

I will keep that in mind. I may drop him and pick up another RB he may want because he is incredibly thin at RB. He pretty much has brown, Newton, and OBJ then nothing. Woodhead is his RB1 and I doubt he is gonna go off again like he did last week. He does have megatron who hasn't done anything of late. I just gotta figure out if I trust AJ against Denver with mccarron at qb or if I would rather go with Tate who seems to have become DET's biggest red zone option at WR. I'm also nervous about gurley against Seattle and I don't think karlos Williams is gonna go off like it seems some others do. Should get denard off waivers tonight and that will help. And I think gurley is the best option between him, karlos, hill, and CAP. I've waiver wired my way here after being 2-6 and without bell and Steve smith who got season ending injuries about 15 minutes apart from each other. Maybe my luck will continue these next 2 weeks.

We also do $1 per free agent transaction while trades are free. Sweetens the pot, it's minimal enough that it doesn't disincent someone from working their roster, while it does tend to put a little bit of a governor on the folks that have a tendency to be waiver wire maniacs and drop/add with such wildfire to the point it's almost disruptive to anyone else trying to make moves - ie the obsessive type that will make 8 moves between weeks that only impact 2 of their roster spots. So every time you look up during the week, the FA pool is different.

We have a trade deadline but FA moves are allowed to the end.

Yea we moved to the $1 transaction after a guy last year had like 50 transactions, which was distracting but didn't really bother me personally. My issue (and 9 out of 10 guys same issue) was he wanted to pickup guys in the playoffs (each playoff round last two weeks). The league thought it was more "fair" to play with the same lineup both weeks (during the playoff matchup). He got mad and pissy, but 9 guys saw it one way, and he saw it another.

Our transaction fee is $1 per add and $1 per drop. $2 per player in trades

Somehow made it into the championship game in three out of my four leagues. One team should be good to go, sporting both Cam and Antonio. Another should be ok, if I can just pick the right lineup. The last one is a MASH unit with horrible matchups this week. Of the 7 WR/RBs on my roster, five of them face an opponent in the top six at their position and another is Edelman, who I was hoping against hope would play this weekend.

TL;DR - I'm going to be a nervous wreck all weekend

What if Cam sits once the game is under control... i.e., 3rd quarter or so?

Then should I start Big Ben over Cam?

This has been nagging at me a bit...I'm hoping Atlanta can get some early scores on the board, given that the Panthers humiliated them a couple of weeks ago, plus Atlanta is at least mathematically alive for a playoff spot.

Had Arizona lost to Philadelphia last week, Carolina would have wrapped up home field and I'd be even more concerned about an early exit for Cam.

I'd hate to be the "you benched Cam??" idiot, but I also have Big Ben in a must-win game for them against the Ravens.

I'm rolling with Cam, though.

I started Latavius Murray and my opponent started Amari Cooper. 19-0 right now, still in OT.

I feel good about this

Woodhead started things off correct. Up 11-0 in the finals
