Welp, I found out yesterday that pretty much our entire side of the business (Customer Success and Marketing) is being eliminated. The silver lining is that it's not happening immediately, so I have until late February 2027 before it's official. Still a lot to process, but at least I have some time to figure out what's next.

If you or anyone in your network knows of any openings in customer success/operations/account management/etc. Most of my career has been in real estate, property management, and technology, but of course, I'm open to any and all industries. I live in New Braunfels so remote is ideal, but definitely open to hybrid either in San Antonio or Austin.
