Howdy, Ags! Just thought I'd toss a line out there and see if anyone could lend a hand. I'm in Northwest Arkansas and looking for a Logistics/Supply Chain landing spot. While there is an insane CPG presence up here due to Walmart, Sam's and Tyson, it's nearly impossible to get your foot in the door there. You have to know someone who puts your name on the top, or you have to be a DEI box to check. I have a ton of Logistical experience (International, brokerage, asset planning, brokerage management) as well as being solely responsible for 3 of Clorox's largest distribution centers. I've worked directly with Walmart, as well as at J.B. Hunt Transport and Transplace, Texas our of Frisco (now Uber Freight). I was laid off at Clorox in 2024 and was forced to come back here to J.B. Hunt because my severance was running out. This place is much worse than it was my first stint here and they're now dissolving the branch that I manage. Obviously this is a stretch but some remote positions still exist and many companies have a presence here for the aforementioned. If anyone catches wind of a senior manager or director level position, I'd be awfully grateful if you could give me a heads up. I want to be able to say I've tried everything. God Bless!
