We're doing a ton of this work and are hiring degreed Engineers to deliver it. We don't necessarily need Engineers with Mission Critical / Data Center experience already - to some degree, we can cross-train people into it.

What about non-engineers with extensive supply chain experience in very engineering-heavy fields?

Hmm.. to my understanding, we don't do the construction for or provide supply chain solutions to our clients, so I don't think this is a function that we hire for. But I could be wrong! Always happy to look at a resume or profile if you'd like my take on it.
