Pay commensurate with experience (on the higher end), and very significant monthly bonuses based on performance.

When I was playing pickleball in Honolulu last Fall people were kind of in awe of being in the presence of a real Landman from Midland. Lol.

Used to be nobody had a clue what we did. Well, they still kind of don't know!
