Stripe It Up is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager to support the planning and execution of pavement striping and roadway projects. This role assists with coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring materials and crews are aligned for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project management and daily job coordination
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Prepare and track submittals and project documentation
• Assist with material procurement and delivery coordination
• Communicate with crews, vendors, and clients

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of construction or project coordination experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Bluebeam preferred

Not sure if relevant or of interest (not related to your job posting), but a good friend of mine owns a shop that repairs spray equipment in addition to selling parts, new equipment, etc. Not sure how much need there is in your work to have things fixed and how available that trade is.

I believe that we repair and maintain our equipment in house with our crews or mechanics, but it can never hurt to have a lead on another option for repairs or parts. Where is he located?

Fort Worth. He has mentioned getting equipment shipped to him from out of state from time to time.
