I'm looking for someone to partner with to acquire a small structural steel manufacturer in north Houston. I had the company under exclusivity, SBA bank underwriting complete and purchase documents 90% negotiated. The person that was going to step into the role as president of the company got cold feet in the end. It was someone who just had a new baby and was more comfortable working for a big company instead. The exclusivity period has lapsed, but it's not being actively marketed (for now).
