I'm looking for a new role within CRE in Dallas, particularly in PE. This is not my only effort (as I'm currently meeting with connections) but figured it couldn't hurt my efforts to post on here.

I'm currently an analyst at a REPE firm that is primarily focused on Multifamily investments. Current responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, and investor relations.

The company is solid, but comp is slightly below average, and with it being a small firm there's not a ton of room for future career development as things currently.
