Looking to overhaul the scheduling and production planning department at a manufacturing company in Dallas that I work at. Checking here to see if I can make any Aggie contacts in the area or industry to see how they manage workflow, product mapping, capacity planning, scheduling etc. looking for any advice, tips, and tricks I can get.

While I've learned plenty from my own mistakes, I much prefer learning from other peoples' !
