Formal process will likely begin in February for a March or April start date (preferably, willing to wait for an exceptional May graduate).
One of the world's most respected private banks. Individual will support all investment portfolios for the firm's West Texas region (Tarrant County to Albuquerque, basically), reporting to and working closely with the region's Senior Investment Officer. Backup support for our Dallas region.
The W TX market is one of the firm's newest and we manage over $1B for ~60 ultra high net worth families and are growing rapidly. Our firm manages ~$1.5T for UHNW clients.
Ideal candidate is a recent (1-3 years) graduate with a finance degree and some public market investment experience. Requires exceptional organizational skills and the patience to begin with the unsexy stuff - compliance related items - while developing subject matter expertise and client facing experience. There is a clear path for advancement into one of the most desirable seats in wealth management.
Also open to hiring an exceptional new graduate for a May start date.
Position is in-office, downtown Fort Worth. Progress towards CFA or other industry designations a plus.
I would like to start speaking with potential applicants ASAP in hopes of making a quick hiring decision once the position is formally posted in February.
If interested, please reply with contact info and I will reach out to you.
