Look for insurance underwriting training programs too. Econ degree is a fit and you'll make as good or better money.

It's been awhile since I looked but the training programs started people out around $60k 10 years ago.

Based on the $200k thread, I'd recommend checking out insurance as well. I feel like you make less for a few years starting out, but then you can really ramp up well.
