Located in The Woodlands, TX

The following outlines the duties required:

Extensive use of Quickbooks, oversee all Accounts Receivables/Payables, bank reconciliations, Microsoft Excel data entry, invoice review and corrections, process insurance claims, balance and transfer between general account/ payroll account and line of credit, process monthly payment applications, work with CPA for quarterly reports and year end. The position requires all the above as well as other duties.
