Class of 09 here looking to make a move. I'm in Austin now, but I need to gravitate towards the San Antonio area for personal reasons. New Braunfels, Blanco, Spring Branch, Boerne, maybe even as far as Kerrville, would all be fine.

Currently, I'm an Internal Auditor for the government working on compliance audits. However, I'd like to potentially get back into construction. I worked Quality Control for a testing lab for 10 years where I also did some inspection, managed my office team, did dispatch, and even worked with cost estimates / RFQs working directly with our Engineer. I worked another year at Pulte Homes as a Construction Manager in 2022 before being laid off in January 2023, which took me on my new path of Auditing that I have been at since March of 2023.

I can assist on Project management (probably not quite ready for PM, but APM), anything regarding quality control, level 2 inspection, cost estimates, etc.

I consider myself very versatile in what I like to do and am capable of doing, so I'm not looking to narrow it down too much and can even branch out from that. Location is what matters most for the time being, along with having room for advancement. I am self motivated and always looking to obtain knowledge in whatever I do.

If anyone knows of anything, feel free to DM me.

So you're civil service now? Usajobs.gov would have something to look at with the corps of engineers. Or internal auditing maybe versatile enough to get some QA or contracting position (1102 series).
