I have been with a small yet well-funded startup industrial developer for 3 years shortly after it launched. I work with great people and the co-founders have had very successful careers leading into our startup and together we have generated good momentum for the company.

However, some of the growth opportunities portrayed when I was being recruited have not materialized and I cannot see a long term path forward given the co-founders' hands on approach with most decisions.

With that said, I think it's time to start thinking about my next move and thought I might add the Texags community to my networking efforts.
