a client of mind stopped by my office today asking if I knew anyone hiring. His English is very limited, but he's very motivated and spent years in trading and immigrated here from Cuba, he's fallen on some hard times. I asked him what kind of work he was looking for, he said anything..maybe like a warehouse manager? I dont know how I can help him or wherever someone would find a Job if their English isn't great. Any ideas?

Does he have a commercial drivers license? APF in Galena Park has a lot of Cuban drivers and always has new ones showing up. I'm not sure if they have in-house training or they can claim a Cuban CDL and easily get a Texas one, but they seem like new/untrained drivers so the barrier to entry appears low. It's a place to check out at least.
