(I'm a 3rd party recruiter, been in business since 2017 focusing exclusively on Texas' Civil Infrastructure space)

We work with civil consulting firms anywhere from 8 employees up to 1,500 employees or so; most of which are based here in Texas. We place Civil Engineers, Land Surveyors and CAD Designers/Technicians in very urban areas (Houston, Austin, DFW, SA, etc.), more suburban areas (Katy, Friendswood, Frisco, Plano), and smaller towns too (San Marcos, New Braunfels, Waco, Temple, Odessa, McAllen).

We've currently got some higher profile openings that could be interesting:

• Structural Practice Leader in Houston
• Site Development Client Manager in San Antonio
• Consulting-side City Engineer in Friendswood

... but we also have a bunch of other stuff open across Texas (and beyond) as well. I try very hard to treat every client and job-seeker as a human person, created with inherent dignity (and not as an object).
