I have an opening for either a recent grad or an early career mechanical engineer in northwest Houston. This would be primarily an office position with some visits to refineries and petrochemical plants. Ideally looking for someone having some of the experiences/ qualifications below:

Mechanical Engineering or Technology degree, EIT or PE a plus
experience with piping design/ wall thickness calculations a plus - knowledge of ASME B31.1/ B31.3 or ASME Section I or ASME Section VIII or API 530/ API 560
Autocad and or Solidworks knowledge a plus
Any experience with fired heaters, reformers, piping, heat exchangers, combustion burners/ flares, or pressure vessel design or fabrication is a plus
Caesar II pipe stress software experience is a plus
Good communication skills
Microsoft office knowledge -Word and Excel
