While I haven't yet responded, via email, with the OP...

Based upon the number of interviews they receive... clearly it isn't the resume that inspires no job offers. I do see one entry that needs to be massaged, but even that is questionable given they're getting interviews.

If I were hiring for a sales opportunity I would consider them, even scheduling an interview. This candidate would be hitting my marks.

I've some vetting to do before I decide it's a big troll... but so far nothing points in that direction. There's something going on during the face-to-face interview. That's out of my range.
