I'm screening candidates and wound up going down an internet rabbit hole and stumbled across this strategy for entry level candidates attending a Job Fair.

I thought this strategy was worth sharing:

AfroTech has been getting criticism about there not being enough entry level jobs at the Expo.

Just as an aside, in 2015 I thought you gave some of the best starting career advice I had ever seen. There were no earth-shattering revelations, but it would have saved me a lot of grief if I had had that mindset when I started my career.

I plan on showing it to my daughter when she's ready to hit the real world.

I had a quick read through and I think I'll have to go back and update that to adjust for a few things I've learned during the past 9 years since I wrote that guidance. I need to include today's perpetual web conference environment among other things.
