Sounds like maybe a candidate for working as a car salesman. Maybe try somebody like Sewell who has a good training program.

I keep getting served ads from my local police department, if law enforcement is a possibility, they're dying for candidates - everywhere.

California Highway Patrol is paying like $85k - $90k to start. Could probably work his way into financial crimes.
