I am currently in SaaS space selling into data teams (engineers, data scientists etc.). Survived two RIFs and Head of Sales and direct boss have both left while I have been on Pat leave, so I am considering making a return to healthcare as things are looking dicey in our org along with the tech environment.
Previous healthcare experience (6+ years) in PR and on the unit as a tech/grad student pursuing to be a Provider. Left to chase the "tech goldrush" right before COVID, reasons can be fleshed out as needed.
Long story short, I have realized I have more industry knowledge in healthcare and now equipped in direct sales.
Does anyone have experience in the Device/Product space? (CardinalHealth, McKeeson, Medline, Stryker etc.) I think I am more interested in exploring the product and supply chain side of healthcare systems but not entirely familiar with the career trajectory as my experience was more centered on the front lines. Open to exploring devices as well, since I have cadaver experience.
Interested in learning about any opportunities you are aware of. TIA
