I'm at a stage of career where I'm ready to make a move into a more senior level. I know there are specific forms who help find roles like that… anyone had experience with them? Any one in particular I should use? Stay away from?

I know Korn Ferry handles a lot of executive searches for companies, but truthfully you can just look for these roles yourself and apply, you dont need an executive search firm. Although, doesn't hurt to reach out to them.
