Howdy Ags, I recently graduated from A&M this past May and I am now seeking a position in the DFW area.
Since June I have been working as an outside sales executive for a company in the restaurant industry, covering a territory that stretches from San Antonio all the way down to Corpus. This position has helped me improve my ability to cold-call, establish leads, take a prospect through the sales cycle, and manage data in Salesforce. It has been a good opportunity, but also taught me that I prefer to work more with customers instead of simply getting them to sign before moving on and losing contact with them.
With that being said, I am eager to continue my career path in the DFW area, and I'm very open to any kind of positions you may have whether that be sales, customer service, supply chain, logistics, etc. I know the holiday season is coming up soon and everyone is getting busy, so I am aiming to start somewhere after the New Year. I am a very coachable person, open to learning new skills that will help me thrive in any position you may have in mind.
I graduated with a 3.35 GPA and a general business degree, with a minor from the sales program. I have previous internship experience on top of my current job, as well as leadership experience on campus during my time as a student. I would be more than happy to send my resume to anyone interested and see where it goes from there. Thank you all!
