Outdoor Board will yield you a better answer. Pretty sure one of the guys in there offers the service

For business I use Checkr. I don't see why you couldn't sign up for one check. I would recommend both the nationwide and county searches if they've been living in the same place for a while. National searches don't always catch local issues that haven't been reported.

To Ken's question, I guess I am looking more for those who have been arrested or found guilty of theft related offenses or drugs/under the influence offenses.

Our home was robbed a few years ago while out of town so we are a little paranoid at what someone could be taking from us while we are at work and having projects done at our house.

You're going to have a hard time finding non convict l/non illegals.
