Asset Property Manager. Part or Full time position. Located in Boerne, Texas
Ryoak Real Estate Group is a small privateequity company that focuses on Real Estate Development, Investment, and Brokerage.We develop shopping centers, business parks, fast food restaurants, apartment complexes, gas stations/cstores, and singlefamily residential. We handle inhouse leasing and sales, as well as brokerage and consulting for thirdparty clients.
The real estate asset & property manager performs various functions focusing on maximizing property value and investment returns. The asset manager is responsible for maintaining the good condition of each property, effective and regular communication with tenants, reducing/avoiding expenditures when applicable, and reducing liability and risk of real estate transactions, among other things.
Must have property or asset management experience
