VisionCor, Inc. is currently recruiting for several instructional designers with experience designing and developing instructor-led and/ or e-learning solutions, to join a project team based in Irving, Texas.
Description
Instructional designers will direct a team, and/ or will work within the team to conduct needs assessment, analyze tasks, design, develop, and implement blended solutions for organizational restructuring for a large merger project. Responsibilities include needs/ gap analysis, developing training materials, designing and scripting learning modules. The project will focus on training for role/ departmental changes, processes, procedures and proprietary software. Instructional Designers will interface with client management, user groups, and VisionCor management on a regular basis and report project time and status as required.
These instructional designer positions are based on-site in the location above, but may require occasional travel. Strong preference will be given to candidates living in the metropolitan area mentioned.
The successful candidates will demonstrate current knowledge of industry standard tools and methodologies in instructional design and possess a minimum of 5 years experience in developing blended solutions. Instructional designers at a senior level with experience managing learning teams and/ or projects and experience within the financial sector in areas such as brokerage, banking, and/ or mergers are highly desired. These positions are initially offered on a contract basis with the option for renewal or conversion to full-time employee status at the close of the engagement. The instructional designer positions are part of an open-ended, long-term project.
Qualifications
-Minimum 5 years experience in training design and development
