Glotel, Inc.�is a global technology staffing and managed projects solutions company, specializing in the placement of contract and permanent personnel within all areas of technology. Glotel is currently seeking a Sales Executive for their Texas operations. The emphasis of this position is to develop the assigned sales territory and manage all aspects of projects and placements for the territory.� You will�lead and manage the sales function to maintain maximum productivity.
Essential Functions
Promoting Glotel’s services in the market place with due regard at all times to good business practice and company policies.
Prospect for new client and business leads.
Develop and maintain current client relationships.
Responsible for reaching KPI performance expectations for calls, meetings, requisitions and placements.
Maintain relationships with contract staff. Work to maximize contract employee retention and generate sales leads through client site visits/meetings, and lunches.
At all times maintaining good working relationships and communication with and between the client, recruiters and candidates.
Maintaining close communication with relevant staff to ensure that Client and internal transactions/communications are actioned promptly and accurately.
Participate in weekly sales meetings to ensure that individual goals are being met and to share best practices across the organization.
Support the client finance team in invoicing and financial tracking for any project or T&M placements.
Monitor and track sales performance by daily interaction with management, data entry to the Bond System and generation of required weekly sales reports.
Submit weekly reports to HQ and management that disclose individual progress towards accomplished goals.�
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree, or equivalent, in business or marketing.
Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT staffing or solutions sales position is required.�
Strong communication skills, verbal, presentation, and writing.
Experience in direct-sales is mandatory with an emphasis on major accounts and knowledge of the local area.
