Job Description: Allen, Williford & Seale, Inc. is the leading appraisal firm in the country specializing in right of way valuation and eminent domain litigation support. AWS is a Houston based appraisal firm that works all across the nation. We are seeking full time candidates for our real estate appraiser program. The candidate will research and analyze market data, value various types of real estate, and compile appraisal reports. Through the training process, the candidate will work directly with senior staff appraisers and MAI managers to become a certified appraiser and fully knowledgeable in right of way valuation and eminent domain litigation support. AWS works across the nation and significant travel is often involved.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor degree. Good analytical and writing skills. Candidate must be competent and efficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
